Our History And Mission

Edmund Street Activity Centre was founded to provide high-quality, person-centred day care for adults aged 16+. We recognised a need for a friendly, safe and structured environment. Where people could grow in confidence, make friends and enjoy enriching daily activities.

We understand that finding the right service for your loved one or the person that you care for is just as important to you too. You may be in employment alongside your caring role. You may be a full-time care giver. Or you may have your own health needs. Having some time for yourself is vital for your own health and wellbeing. But we know that being in the knowledge that your loved one or the person that you care for is safe and happy is even more important to you.

Whether you are looking for a service for yourself, a loved one or a person that you provide care and support to. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with our service and in our company. At Edmund Street Activity Centre we enjoy building relationships that last. We support people using our service to develop friendships by promoting acceptance and understanding.
